Mountain Rose Integrated Wellness Center was founded by Acupuncturist & Yoga Teacher, Ana del Rosal, MSAc, LAc, RYT
Ana del Rosal is a Vermont State Licensed and Nationally Board Certified Acupuncturist (NCCAOM). She earned her Master’s of Science in Acupuncture (MSAc) in 2009 from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York City, a four-year program where she completed over 3000 hours of acupuncture technique, clinic, Chinese medicine theory, diagnosis and treatment, and Western medicine. Ana specializes in pain, mood disorders, gastrointestinal health, fibromyalgia, male & female reproductive health, and orthopedics.
In 2003, Ana completed It's Yoga's 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training course. Throughout the years she has taken various workshops with Seane Corn, Colette Crawford, Shiva Rea, and Elena Brower. She completed Yoga Medicine's 500-hour teacher training course with Tiffany Cruikshank and is a Certified Yoga Therapeutic Specialist. She is on her way to her 1000-hour teacher training. As well, Ana actively studies with Rod Stryker of ParaYoga.
Her classes focus on connecting breath with movement to stay present, and connected to one's body. The instructions she gives are precise which allows the body to fall into place and the mind to settle.
Ana has taught Pilates and was trained through Core Dynamics. She learned to detect physical imbalances in bodies and help her clients work through them to a healthier state. As well, as these changes took place, she noticed her clients’ whole demeanor refine to one of more ease, self-respect and self-love.
In addition, Ana studied Holistic Nutrition at New York’s Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2000 – 2001 and at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2001-2002. She was featured in Discovery Channel's "10 Years Younger" as Health and Wellness Coach.
